Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

If your order has already been shipped, you may still return the item once it is received according to our return policy.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including:

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Please allow additional processing time during holidays or promotional periods.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Processing usually takes 1–4 business days from the order date, and orders are typically shipped the following business day after processing.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your country, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees once your package arrives.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

FlickShot™ is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

How do I return an item?

Include your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


What if the item I received is incorrect, damaged, or defective?

Please contact us immediately at support@flickshotco.com if you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing from your order

Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and any relevant details. Our team will review your case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are typically processed by your bank within 7–10 business days after the return has been received and approved.
